Are you really so uninformed that you don't know Google made the iPhone App FIRST, and Apple rejected it? I suppose you missed all the stories all over about Apple, AT&T and Google all having to explain themselves over it to the FCC? And yes, BlackBerry plus Android is a bigger installed base than iPhone; actually BlackBerry ALONE is a larger installed base.

If you're gonna blog, honey, you need to be knowledgeable about the subject.

I have the 3Gs as well. Hope you like it. Mine is going on sale on Ebay soon, I cancelled AT&T yesterday and am now enjoying Android on my HVC EVO 4G.

This may not be the answer you're looking for but the google voice app on the new android 2.0 platform is very integrated. Texts show up as from the sender (in the native messaging app only), you can route all calls through google voice with a simple toggle switch, and you click the google voice app to read/listen to your messages. It's got me switching my phones over now.
