Nice detective work there. If you have the entirety of the code for the plugin, you could probably just throw in a strand that skips a certain feed if it doesn’t respond in x seconds, but I don’t imagine that most plugins reveal everything that’s in their code. Either way, I’m glad everything’s up again, and I do think things are noticeably faster also…

I can’t imagine why the site would actually run that much faster due to the tweaks I made but cool! I’m glad things are faster now.

I understood less than half of that post but congrats on your detective work in getting it all fixed! I’m experiencing extremely improved page load times on AnimeNano now too, so I guess some good did come out of all this.

The site is about 10 times faster for me too. Even before this problem occurred, I’ve always had trouble browsing Nano because it seemed to lag quite badly. Yet now, it’s completely fine. Good stuff, Hung.
